            <p>We are in need of a Packaging and Maintenance Manager at the home of our iconic beer brand, DB Draught Brewery in Timaru. Our brewery features state-of-the-art technology and has won numerous awards for production efficiency and quality standards.</p><p>This role encompasses a number of elements in managing the efficient and cost effective brewery wide maintenance support through planned maintenance systems, continuous improvement activities, project implementation and the application of TPM principles.</p><p>You will effectively manage the maintenance department to meet current and future production demand, achieve relevant key brewery performance targets and ensure work undertaken is timely and at acceptable standards.</p><p>Quality is key ensuring that product consistently meets process, analytical and packaged product presentation specifications.</p><p>Your leadership style will ensure a constructive culture within the Packaging and Maintenance Team, who can meet business targets aligned to productivity and efficiency without compromising quality and safety, while also developing and driving the Packaging and Maintenance roadmap and way of working, which support TPM activities to drive World Class Packaging and Maintenance.</p><p>You will contributes to the vision and strategy within DB, and drive department plans to support the delivery of the supply chain strategy.</p><p>In return, we offer a competitive salary package, which includes health, life and income protection insurance as well as a monthly product allowance.
