Located in Nelson, McCashin’s Brewery is an iconic local and family-owned business with a reputation for great products. Due to changes within our warehouse team, we are seeking a dynamic person to fill the following position:

Warehouse Operator

• Fulltime permanent position
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

This position would see the person responsible for the accurate movement and control of goods/stock, including undertaking the daily functions and process requirements of the warehouse. Applicants must hold a current OSH forklift operator certificate and/or F endorsed forklift licence.

The ideal person will bring to the role the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in forklift operation
• Ability to work proactively and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work in a manner that will meet all health and safety, food safety and Brewery procedures
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliable with a committed approach to work

Your location of work will be at Orion Street, Annesbrook, Nelson.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test and must be eligible to live and work in New Zealand. Applications will not be considered from those who do not currently reside in New Zealand.
