As the brewing team leader you will ensure brewing production is of high quality and to specification. Coordination with other areas of our supply chain as well as people management and adhering to key performance indicators of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and cost will ensure this is achieved.

You are familiar with continuous improvement methodologies and may be familiar with TPM which Heineken uses. This enables you to support the company strategy by building, developing and guiding high performance of your department staff.

Leadership is a key factor in being successful in this role so you are able to demonstrate in your application your ability to build, coach and develop teams over your career to date. You will also have completed a brewing qualification or have significant experience across a Science Technology or Engineering fields which means your skills will transfer across to this brewing operations role.
