Cassels Brewing Co is a family owned business centred in the iconic Tannery site in Woolston and includes The Brewery Bar, Blue Smoke Music Venue, a thriving functions business and, of course, the rapidly expanding Production Brewery.

Due to continued growth of demand for our award winning beers in both Domestic and Export Markets, we have new positions available for Trainee Brewer's to join the Cassels Brewing Team.

Whilst experience is not necessary as we intend to train and develop you, key attributes we are looking for are:

A passion for beer !

Good level of fitness and strength, as manual handling will be required.

Flexibility

A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Energetic and positive nature

Ability to think logically

Strong attention to detail and record keeping ability

Strong safety awareness

We are now a World Champion Brewery, with our recent 'World Beer Awards' win with Milk Stout, it's a great time to join us.

While the successful applicant will receive excellent technical support, a background in science and or the beverage industry would be advantageous.

Being a small team however you will be expected to be involved in all parts of our operation.

Working under our Executive Brewer, the successful applicant will join our small brewing team at an exciting time for our Brewery with huge growth plans for 2020 and beyond.
