The Warehouse team leader is a people focused role leading a team in the creation and delivery of quality-fermented beverages from Bright Beer to finished product warehousing meeting production requirements and quality standards. You will support the management team to ensure the development of a positive and constructive culture through provision of coaching and mentoring support to team through training and development plans and one on ones. Encourage the sharing of knowledge and the implementation and expansion of best practices. Management of resources to meet production and delivery schedules and to be customer focused is key as well as ensuing communication is maintained through leading of meetings.
