About the Role:

We are looking for a data entry wizard who knows the meaning of exceptional customer service with high attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. Sitting at reception you will be principally responsible for the accurate and timely entry of all sales orders and dispatch into our database, receiving of orders by phone, SAP, Internet or email - you will be the front line for all our customers!

The duties include:

• Accurate and timely data entry of email, internet, SAP and phone sales orders

• Organising, monitoring and following to completion dispatch of sales orders, using local and national freight methods

• Answering the phone in a courteous manner and receiving orders or enquiries

• To implement, maintain and review general administrative process and records to ensure the office systems are up to date and operate efficiently

• Ensure office filing procedures and systems are maintained, including code set ups in internal systems such as MYOB and Broodoo

• General reception duties and correspondence

• Processing online orders and arrangement of payment and dispatch

Skills required:

• Previous experience with data entry

• Strong multi-tasking skills, and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work calmly under pressure to tight deadlines

• Customer focused with excellent communication skills

• High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office programmes

• Ability to relate and communicate well with people at all levels and from different backgrounds, working effectively as a team member

• Proven track record of success in a busy environment with changing and competing priorities; flexible and adaptable in approach

• Positive, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work to and follow set systems

• Education – Achieved NCEA Level 2 (incl. Literacy and Numeracy)

• Ability to work autonomously

The role will be part time,approx. 30 hours per week and may have the potential to grow as we do.
