About the Role:

Do you have previous accounts payable experience and exceptional attention to detail? We are looking for an accounts payable administrator that is a wiz at MYOB and can hit the ground running. Day to day will be focused on key accounting functions including processing creditor invoices and payments and generally providing administrative support to the finance functions.

The duties include:

• Timely and accurate processing of creditor invoices

• Timely and accurate preparation of creditors payments

• Managing creditors account details and queries

• Managing our CHEP pallet system

• Ensure office filing procedures and systems are maintained

Skills required:

• Positive, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude with strong attention to detail

• Strong multi-tasking skills, and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work calmly under pressure to tight deadlines

• Proven track record of success in a busy environment with changing and competing priorities; flexible and adaptable in approach

• Customer focused with excellent communication skills including courteous phone manner

• High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office programmes

• Ability to cover other admin roles in times of planned leave or illness

The role will be part time, up to 10 hours per week and may have the potential to grow as we do. Days and times can be negotiated to suit both parties.
