About the Role:

This direct sales role with a solid customer base, will now see you be responsible for the development and execution of existing and most importantly new Sprig & Fern on and off premise customers, ensuring strong profitable growth in this growing craft beer market. The role will be customer focused on “Wellington and Lower North Island”, and will see you play a key part in securing and growing our business into the future.

Working from your home base, this role will suit a self-managed candidate who is seeking a challenge and a very high degree of autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced environment. The role will require you to be on the road most days seeking out new opportunities, performing in-store tastings, reporting back to the National Sales Manager in HQ.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 3+ years’ experience in a sales environment, preferably in the similar sector

• A proven track record in gaining new business across multiple product skus

• Accurate sales forecasting and proven business growth

• Market knowledge and research/feedback

• Strong networking skills

• Excellent internal and external communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and driven to succeed

• Be proactive and autonomous but understand you are part of a bigger team

• Ability to travel to Nelson at regular intervals to ensure team collaboration

In return we are offering base salary + car + commission plan, with uncapped earning potential where market opportunities abound.
