Activation Merchandisers are the pivotal role in us maintaining our world class standards. The team in these roles are the face and frontline of our business in the grocery market, so your ability to connect and build trust through your communication is paramount in this role as you interact with DB’s customers.

We value our merchandising team as you are the front line for DB/Heineken’s image in the grocery market. Reporting to the Sales Activation Manager, we are looking for a talented individual to build displays, stack DB’s fantastic products and to support our sales team in selling our products in various grocery & specialist outlets across the North Shore and Hibiscus Coast. It is physical role but also requires strong communication as you will be interacting with customers and your wider team on a regular basis.

You must have a full clean New Zealand driver's licence as you will be provided with a company vehicle and you'll need to be capable of lifting heavy items. Above all else, you'll be someone who takes pride in your work, have excellent time management skills, a real focus on satisfying customer expectations and are up for the challenge.
