The Duty Manager role ensures that the business is resourced and staffed appropriately, contributes to meeting sales and costs targets and makes sure that the team on shift in the bar and restaurant are doing what they are meant to be doing, at the right time, with a great attitude and delivering the level of service we expect.

You are someone who role models a 100% service focus and anticipates customer needs and acts proactively to improve their experience. You should be able to deploy staff efficiently to ensure quality service and be able to constantly monitor & coach the team to ensure our service standards are maintained, while working to build a great team and encourage open communication.

You are flexible and can comfortably adapt and change with whatever comes your way as well as keep calm under pressure. You are no stranger to managing conflicting demands while delivering results.

This role is suited to someone with full time, including late night, availability, who wants to grow their hospitality career in a popular and busy venue.
