We’re looking for a bar manager to lead our small team when we open our craft beer bar at the start of September.

This is a full-time role that involves event planning, staff training, sales budgeting and forecasting along with day-to-day operations of business.

We are looking for someone who is:

able to lead and motivate a small team

engaging and friendly with current and new customers

knowledgeable & passionate of the craft beer industry

willing and able to work weekends, evenings and holidays (we’re open through Christmas/New Year)

Ideally you would have:

strong communication skills

minimum 3 years hospitality experience

minimum 1 year management experience

a current Managers Certificate and LCQ

cicerone certification advantageous

Pay bracket of $23-26 depending on relevant experience.
